When there are guests over, there’s usually a lot of leftover wine. Since I don’t drink, I use it all up in cooking. Yes! It’s a great addition to your cooking. Gives it a new dimension. 

You can store the opened wine in the fridge for up to 2 months if I’m not mistaken. We can’t afford to waste the good stuff 😉

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp English mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup white wine (leftovers ;))
  • Salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake till emulsified. 
  2. Marinate your preferred protein (chicken, fish or tofu) in for at least an hour or overnight.
  3. Grill and devour.
