Bonus: This marinade can also be used as a salad dressing!
When there are guests over, there’s usually a lot of leftover wine. Since I don’t drink, I use it all up in cooking. Yes! It’s a great addition to your cooking. Gives it a new dimension.
You can store the opened wine in the fridge for up to 2 months if I’m not mistaken. We can’t afford to waste the good stuff 😉
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp English mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine (leftovers ;))
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
METHOD:
- Place all ingredients in a glass jar and shake till emulsified.
- Marinate your preferred protein (chicken, fish or tofu) in for at least an hour or overnight.
- Grill and devour.
