Are you ignoring this

Today, I want to talk about something that we tend to have been ignoring or shying away from – our sexuality.

Connecting with and expressing our sexuality in an authentic manner is crucial for our overall well-being. It not only makes us irresistible to our desires but also helps us channel our creativity and our natural ability to CREATE.

You see, sexual energy is creative energy- it’s how we came into being, and it’s the portal through which life is brought into this 3D reality. Therefore, it’s essential to heal our relationship with our bodies and develop an empowering connection with them. When we do that, we amplify our ability to manifest and create the life we desire.

In his book ‘Think and Grow Rich’, Napoleon Hill stated that –

“The emotion of s*x has, at the back of it, the possibility of three constructive potentialities, they are:–

1. The perpetuation of mankind.
2. The maintenance of health, (as a therapeutic agency, it has no equal).
3. The transformation of mediocrity into genius through transmutation.”

Basically, it’s a powerful energy that we should harness and use for our benefit – so don’t ignore it!!

If you haven’t guessed yet, an essential aspect of this energy is therefore self-love and self-care. When you love and care for yourself, you feel confident and empowered in your sexuality.

Last week I shared with you what I usually do for self-love and to connect with my body, so this week, I invite you to take the time to explore your body and discover what feels good to you.

Instead of ignoring, I want you to do something that makes you feel sexy – something that brings out your authentic expression of sexuality. It could be as simple as laughing, smiling, wearing no makeup, lounging in your favourite PJs, dressing up, cooking with your hands, or even indulging in a slow-motion body lotion massage.

Whatever it is, play with it and have fun! 🌈

Remember that your sexuality is unique to you, and there is no “right” or “wrong” way to express it. What feels sexy and authentic to you may be different from what feels sexy and authentic to someone else. Embrace your individuality and express your sexuality in a way that feels true to YOU.

Because at the end of the day, your sexuality is a part of who you are, and embracing it can bring you closer to living a holistic and fulfilling life!

I’d love to hear back from you on how you felt after all the fun you had, do share!

Until next week, take care and stay blessed.

Love Raashi
