Invite simplicity into your life!

Today, I am sharing a realisation with you that I had in December – and how I am incorporating it into my life, inviting simplicity in life.

As you may already know, in December, I travelled to Kanha for an Advanced Telepathic Communication workshop and certification. The things we learnt and activities we did were super simple, yet profound!

Getting straight to the point, the realisation was this –
Our conditioning tells us “something profound has to be complicated.”

However, the more I do the inner work, and the more I connect with the energy around me, I realise that the most profound things in life are actually very simple!

Telepathic communication, for instance, may seem complex and complicated. However, each one of us has the ability to do it, because our first language of communication is energy. In fact, you are already doing it, and most likely are unaware of it. That’s how babies and mothers communicate. That’s how humans communicate with animals.

Have you ever thought of someone and they instantly call or message? TELEPATHY!

Have you ever met someone and felt like they didn’t have the right intentions? TELEPATHY

However, when we do pick up on a vibe, a lot of people doubt their own 6th sense because society places greater emphasis on words and logic. So we think “I’m probably imagining it.”

Sometimes, even when we do sense and acknowledge the vibe, we don’t trust it because the “it has to be more complicated than that” conditioning kicks in.

Just like the first time I communicated with an animal and it was so simple, 2 weeks ago, I did my first telepathic communication session with a company and it was SO SIMPLE! (A company is an entity and energy body, therefore you can communicate with it.) The founder wanted guidance from the Company on the direction for 2023. The information that came through was stupendous. All I had to do was trust that it was that simple.

As I reflected on this statement “profound things are usually simple”, another example came to my mind. In fact, I had a conversation with a client about it as we were simplifying her life.

The 3 words “Are you okay?” are so profound. Have you ever been asked that while you were having a not-so-easy day?

Just being asked “ARE YOU OKAY?” can send a wave of relief and emotion through your body. Almost every time I have asked someone this question, they have broken down into tears. Their walls come crashing down and they become vulnerable. For me, it’s one of the most beautiful things to witness. Imagine, just asking someone those three words can change their day! It can make them feel safe and loved.

Another similar set of words that are simple, yet profound is “Do you need help?”

Have you ever had a complete stranger be kind to you? Such a simple act of humanity, and so profound. Like letting someone cut the line because they have a toddler who is crying. When you do that, you have no idea how you have made that person’s day better.

I often sit at my window and observe the world outside. Our window looks into an empty plot of land. This land is being taken care of by a family. The family lives in a hut they have made on the land. We also have a bunch of puppies outside our building. One day, I saw this family sharing their food with the puppies. In fact, they make extra food to feed the puppies! Their large hearts moved me. Something so simple had a deep impact on me making me welcome simplicity in my life. That simple act of sharing with another being.

I asked myself, why this idea of “profound things are usually simple” moved me to the core of my being. The answer was simple, yet profound! 😉

Welcoming simplicity in my life

The reason I built my business was to have a profound impact on someone’s life in the simplest of ways. I didn’t know it then, but I know it now. I started Coaching because I wanted to simplify change work for people.

I started by simplifying nutrition, and today I simplify every complex concept my clients come across. I recognise that I see things in a way others can’t. When I see something, I can really simplify it in a manner that is digestible. From self-love to spirituality to money to manifesting – I am passionate about simplifying it all!

So this year I am keeping it simple – business strategy, daily life, decisions. The moment I find that my mind is complicating something, I’m going to keep it simple. After years of Coaching and doing this work, I know that the answers we seek are usually simple. The steps to living an abundant life are usually simple. Joy is simple.

Humans tend to complicate it with their minds because society associates it with achievement.

Now it’s your turn. This time, I invite you to take a look at your thoughts and life and identify where your mind is overcomplicating things. Then ask yourself, how can you bring in more simplicity?

I’d love to know the answers you got.

Love, Raashi
